At the time when the mixing order was created, our system was under maintenance, which resulted to a limitation of our wallets. At this moment, only the maintenance wallet was online. We know, that such issues can make one or some of our clients peeved and that these issues can lead to a loss of clients who are then passed on to other mixers. Maintenance work happens all the time when dealing with computational instruments. We advice against sharing the letter of guarantee with anyone, especially since we have confirmed this situation. Because this can endanger your privacy.
