That BR means it is just the bankroll amount. That is the money the site has which investors have invested to support the betting operation for site. On this investment, the profit made by investors since the beginning is 1278 BTC.I am glad to see well renowned names on that list.

That is not the investment needed. That would be humungous. Though what i don't get is then why wouldn't more and more people be doing that? Like Ultra mentioned in comment above,a 50% return in a year is huge. (though not in 2016 surely
).
