Maybe it's because women are not into technology itself? I believe that if we'd get more females in the Blockchain industry, the field would have a diversity in gender instead of being focused only on men.

Most women just like things related to art or emotions, they feel it very well so they have a mission for themselves.
As for whether women would accept this kind of high technology in their daily lives, I think the answer is yes. Because they are just like ordinary citizens, banks and payment services will make it easier for everyone to use.
