If this is the case then the project will lack awareness gotten from paying their promoters with their own token. I don't see a problem with paying bounty participants in their token but where there's a problem is when this tokens don't get the support they deserve from the project developers and it becomes worthless due to it been dump on the market.  They should concentrate on making the tokens look attractive to Investors so it doesn't become worthless.
