I was surprised to see that today, ETH broke $200 price barrier, and a lot of altcoins in the top 10 are also making a good run, is this the bullish signal that we all have been waiting for the altcoin market?

it is not the first time since 2018 that eth broke 200 barrier this has not happened every time when market shows some positive movement people start talking about bull run but i think this will never happen again we will never see such high price like in 2017-2018

Remember that the market is very volatile, no one even thought that ETH can reach 4 digits in 2018, but it did and push for a all time high. So we can't really say that we won't see ETH or any other altcoins in the top 10 to go for broke if ever we enter into another bullish run this year or the coming years.
