It seems straight forward, but you guys are probably more experienced in this stuff than I am so I figured that I would ask in case I missed something.

Silver Coin has an IEO on a couple of different exchanges. It is a stable coin fixed at $1, and I believe that the price on the launch date is going to be $1, and launches on February 24th?? Until tomorrow they are selling for  0.0015 Eth.

I wanted to make sure that I'm not overlooking any small details, but is it guaranteed to launch at $1? I'm not too familiar with how IEOs actually work. Should I expect a longer wait time or anything like that? I know that they are partnered with Trust Wallet and a couple of other exchanges. Here is a link to their FB post.
