Provably there are cases that it is manually approved especially if the addressed used for withdrawal has been tag by the management as abuser that's why we can see him up encountering this issue on his account. So if anyone has been caught abusing this act maybe it's best not to post some claims since for sure you will still caught by the devs and it will be a waste of time for people who do this.
