That's what I thought as well when it comes to apps on smartwatches, but it seems that I was wrong thinking so. I know a few people around me who keep interacting with their smartwatch even though I don't see why they bother wasting time on such a small screen trying to figure out the weather, price information of stocks etc, typing messages and the list goes on.

Somehow they convinced themselves that it's useful, which means that the companies behind those watches have done well marketing their product. I wouldn't buy one myself, but if people want to waste their money on those gadgets then so be it. They waste their own time and money, not mine. 

It takes me a few seconds to pull out my smartphone and properly utilize the applications. Having a smartwatch will only form a burden to my daily use.
