How to receive the placeholder

On February 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM (CET) we will take a snapshot of all existing Internet of Coins wallets that contain XHY tokens on any of the seven chains these were initially distributed.

Make sure to check your balance using your original wallet credentials so you are ready to receive the placeholder.
After the snapshot has been taken, you will be notified the moment you have received the HY tokens according to snapshot data. We will also notify you as soon as HY becomes available on exchanges. This process takes some time, so please have some patience.

Will this be a 1:1 issuance of HY for the 900k HYBRID tokens on all 7 chains? Is this an exchange that replaces them all?

HY will be a placeholder token? What are the plans for the future of HY tokens?

The HY tokens will be rewarded to the crowdfunders of IOC (Internet of Coins) as a 'token' of gratitude for their involvement in the original project. The HY token is a new token with a new idea. More info will be released later about the technicalities of the token, such as whitepaper, tokenomics etc. An executive summary can be viewed here as to the vision and idea behind the HY token

HY will first be represented by a token placeholder on the Ethereum chain, like explained above here. What the token will look like and what it's behaviour will be will all become clear with the release of the above mentioned, whitepaper and tokenomics, so hang in there we'll keep you updated ;-)
