For me doing exercises for 1 hr every day, sleeping well and healthy food.

Many people do not have the time to exercise 1 hr daily.
Eating healthy is also difficult if you are working a lot of hours and you can't have meals during the day. Sleeping well is very important for keeping your body on a good form.

I accept as true with you we'd like enough sleep to remain fit. repeatedly the body becomes worse when sleeping less. And mentally many suffer from mood disorders. That's why it's good for all folks to possess a daily gym also as a nutritious meal.
