Though your intentions are good but I would consider this complete stupidity.
Funds are needed for those people who don't have any money to survive in this world.
This is not the case here. People have the money but the doctors don't have any solution yet to defeat Coronavirus.
They can only prevent it by wearing masks.

Your argument is even stupider. If they've injected a huge load of money in their economy specifically for this purpose, it means they don't have enough funds to compensate with the costs.

Masks aren't of much help - I bet you more than half of those wearing masks are wearing them and/or taking them off the wrong way. Funds can come in help for buying masks, drugs, food and whatever else is needed for the survival of those in quarantine.

Funds are needed for those who don't have money to survive but the coronavirus may be deadly to those contacting it, so they're in danger of death.

But I don't think sending BTC would be of much help because it needs conversion to actually use it for all the purposes they need money for. It'd be more helpful if funds would be raised in fiat.
