I havent seen much of Atleti this season but a quick look at La Liga tells you that theyve played 23 & only won 10. I appreciate that Simeone is a great manager but Griezmann is gone, Godin isnt there any more. Theyre not the same team that got to two CL finals a few years ago.
I watched few of Atleti games and they are totally uninspired going forward. It's not that they are missing the chances, they don't even create them. Defensively they are still very good team but they have lost that small bit of cutting edge in that part as well.
