logically it should when bitcoin starts crawling up then altcoin should be affected also go up, because after all bitcoin really affects all altcoin. but if altcoin is not able to move up it can be caused by altcoin not being developed properly. but there is always time for improvement when bitcoin continues to rise gradually.
