Definitely not. If you think it will push through $20,000 by the end of this year, then you are wrong, i'm saying this because i am certain that it won't even going to touch that $20,000. Don't just get your hopes too high yet even if you think there is a Bitcoin halving it won't change the fact that halving will always occur after some months from a decline of prices. Save that $20,000 expectation next year you will probably gonna see it soon.
