Cryptsy (of course)
Mintpal is a must for USDe
Coinex.pw - i don't know what made them change there mind about listing USDe but i'm guessing they thought the coin was going to die out..  




Big investors is not going to take coins like USDe seriously if we don't push our way to a working exchanges. I understand the admins are working on making there exchanges better but we cannot keep having these downtimes.
