2. Go all in and leave. Don't focus on playing the long term since the HE will ensure that the casino ALWAYS wins in the long term.
This is a pretty bad advice. Going all in is never recommended and OP wants to have some longterm strategy. Problem is, if he goes all in and wins, do you think he will stop afterwards ? No, he will continue to gamble until everything is lost.
3. Trying various progression strategies could help in the short term, but yolo gambling(All in at once) is the most effective option in the short term in my opinion.
Progressive strategies don't work mathematically too. You can make short-term profits and get the illusion that you found a way to make safe money, but you weill end up in the poor mens house sooner or later.

If you don't have to gamble out of addiction, then just don't gamble. Use your time and money better, there is so many great things to do in this world.
