-Dont invest if you have just been driven by emotion and greed
-Always think of the equivalent risk
-Set target or realistic goals

And the rest?  Experience would be learnt along the way because mistakes would be the
best teacher among all.Even if you do follow those things above it cant really be avoided
to make wrong moves.
