I'm not so sure.  His language, vocabulary, and ability to adhere to a specific topic without going hyperbolic seem to indict a different pompous, wall-posting windbag.  The attempts to point the bloodhounds into CH's direction (and away form the one whom I suspect) seem quite calculated, in fact.
