Stellar is sitting calm before the big move it is good sign there is so much green in altcoins market so it will boost the confidence of the new investors to inject new money into this market. From my point of view Stellar is good bet to enjoy the smooth ride will be huge.

Same, I think if Bitcoin keeps going up then its quite likely XLM might hit a new ATH once money flows into alts
I don't think it's yet because bitcoin is making corrections before it reaches it. Maybe after this the price will all stabilize.
