Is the ETH address yours or and exchange? If it’s yours, then it might be possible to recover.
Exchange. But I sent USDT to ETH address.

First you need to login your blockchain wallet on desktop or laptop. After you have login navigate to Ethereum and click it and you will see "Export Private key" just like the image shown below. After that you are free to import to whatever ethereum wallet you like. I recommend Metamask or Trust wallet. Goodluck!

Thank you very much, but I did not quite understand how I can use this key. I sent USDT from myetherwallet.com to exchange.blockchain.com (not wallet) and I only have a transaction link.
