Last week I wagered more than 10mbtc and withdrawed 4mbtc with Previous week lossback of 10K satoshi, But this week I'm not getting any so I contact support with curious but finaaly they replied cashback only for negative balance not for each bet.
To be clear, we count your total wager balance for the last period (week) and if you are on a negative balance, then you would get 30% back of the negative balance (loss)

As it says in on the site and in the banner:
"At the end of each week well summarize all your rounds and should you have lost, in total, then youll be eligible to receive 30% of your loss back"
So this means that we calculate your potential cashback on a weekly basis (and only for that week) and as a total for that week.
The cashback is on NET LOSS.
Eg1 if you've wagered 100 SAT and lost 50 then you'll get 30% of 50 back at the end of the week.
Eg2 if you've wagered 100 SAT, won to a balance of 200 SAT and then lost 100 so you're back at 100 SAT in balance the NET LOSS is 0 and you'll not be eligible for cashback.
Since you've won last week (congrats!!
) you are not eligible for cashback this week.Hope that this explains.
