There really are a number of exchanges which might even be difficult to count. We should never trust each and every such exchange. Usually we could trust some centralized exchanges because they do have high liquidity, higher volume, tight security, etc so those exchanges might serve us with benefits in bullish trend but some of the decentralized exchanges might just disappear as they might not leave any trace to track them down. That's why choosing a exchange is always a important task before we could start trading onto that exchange.
Bull runs would begin in few months and that would be the time when most of the coins including some newly launched tokens too would have a massive pump.
