• Changes that happen to the Merit sources are done "case by case" basis, and a collective change may happen if many members complain about the distribution of the merits, which is what happened last time.
• Best solution: a list of good topics that need Merits and the best alternative account can be a source of merit to @theymos or members who get a lot of sMerits to give their opinions.
