Sample case:
- If X as MS gets sMerit from Theymos 200 in one month and X gets 50 merit from other users, the number of sMerit that can be sent by X in that month is 225.

IMO, sMerit obtained by MS will vary "very likely" and is determined by how actively they spend sMerit available for each month.
This is incorrect. Any source sMerit that a merit source has is complete independent from how much merit they earn themselves. I could earn 0 merit or 200 merit in a month, and my source sMerit allocation wouldn't change.
I agree with you and that makes sense. But I dont know what sMerit generation is for every MS because I am not MS 
, but at least I can find out from other MS experiences shared here.The number of sMerit obtained by MS can increase or decrease depending on the number of sMerit sent in that month. So the point is not on the merit received, but the sMerit that is spent. Please correct me if its wrong.
