well, I do have that tokens still in my MEW until now but it doesn't bother me a lot as most of the tokens I hold dump almost 90% form its ATH.
if you have something to back on your claim then this should be put in the "scam accusation" board..
Calling a project a scam because you lose money investing on it without proof is not good. ( I understand the frustration.)

I was a member Fuzex ICO and they promised Fuzex card, but I am still not receive it. The chairman (Andrew Bae) is silent, Twitter is silent, Telegram is silent. The project does not develop and does not move anywhere. You can open their site fuzex.co and try find roadmap or white-peer
