I could be wrong but obeying these rules will help you lifting up the level of quality of posts you will give your sMerits on. For example, if I set up my daily cap at 5, I must find only 5 best posts each day to send my 5 sMerits to. There are days you find many good posts (more than 5, and you will have to choose the best 5) and days you did not find a single good post.

If I were you, I would not do that, giving away merit is an objective matter for every person, whenever we see a worthy article, we can ~~post it~~ send merit, it may be random. However, it may be one, maybe 10, it doesn't matter, it should not be restricted Wink
