Yes but the problem with this is the qualification.
Not for those who have a good control over English and can start a decent conversation here. It is definitely not tough for any average user to start posting and once they get the hang of it they will improve on their own as long as they follow the forum rules.
There are some decent rank but the problem here is the lack of slot to most btc campaign
If you dont like then dont go for it. Campaign payments are not proper jobs but side earnings so they should not be considered to be a main source of income.
and they have their own preferences of users.
Preference is given to users who have a good Merit:post ratio but then managers have their own yardstick of taking whom they wish. Like I said, if you dont like it, leave it. While it is a completely wrong to assume that managers enroll only their friends into campaigns, it is true that they give a importance to quality over quantity.
