I have a problem with a betarigs payement. It has been done this morning at 9:42 am after renting was completed. (I'm owner)

I can see transaction id into my betarigs account and into my wallet. But I don't get any confirmations since this morning.
And blockchain.info or blockexplorer.com don't find transaction
