Panic selling is for those newbies who one, did not invest what they can afford to lose so they hang on to their investment even to the point of knowing that the price will eventually recover, if you have been investing for the last 4 years you know for sure that 's how the market moves it will go up it will go down, but so far moving forward on all those years that the market suffer a downfall.

Indeed, but still depends on the coin of course. If your coin is just a recent token then better to dump it once. Just hoard during its ICO, airdrop or token sales then sell it once it reaches the price you anticipate or willing to sell

. I'm not discouraging you to continue altcoin investing but you should be aware that nowadays tokens seems just intended for pumping and dumping. On the other hand, if you got an old coin and you think it was well established then go ahead, "Buy low, Sell high" and make the most of it Cheesy
