I plan on slandering them on every site possible until they pay. They claim they are putting together a "report" aka going to make up some bs. Its a shame that these sites just make their own rules as we go along and the player has little say or power when they refuse to pay out.

Just goes to show you stick to the top rated established sites. I've been using Heritage, 5dimes, bookmaker, and Pinnacle for 8+ years and have not once had any problems with those sites.
