Yea, in BTC terms. I honestly don't think that statement means that much because it's probably only relevant if Bitcoin actually reached far far greater heights in terms of adoption. I'm personally also a long-term bull and I completely get what Levison is trying to say, but idunno. It's not safe to assume that some people are already assuming that they're going to be one of the future world elites if they own 0.28 BTC. A slightly negative comment to balance things out a bit I guess?
