i can not payout MWC from frostypool and need some help 
You can transfer first to your own wallet, if frostypool cant generate transaction file.
Personnaly I used node + wallet CLI version, you need to open port 3415 from your public IP.
mwc-wallet.toml :
api_listen_interface = "0.0.0.0"
api_listen_port = 3415
