Then what kind of candidates do you need to take part in this signature campaign because there are no detailed rules, what I see here is just the usual rules like following other project signature campaigns.

In the rules we have some thing like that:
- Only users approved by the bounty manager can participate in the signature campaign.
- An invitation will be sent PM to each selected candidate.
The candidates are selected by the bounty manager depending on the campaign needs at that moment. We can't disclose the selection details.
