This is cool. Can you post the detailed conversation between you and FJ support. So that we can evaluate your situation. I have same issue before when I won some good amount of BTC. They hold my withdrawal because I have another account which I didn't use already for 3 years since I don't remember the password and email before. They release my funds after I explained that I don't used the account for a long time ago. It's funny that they do background check everytime a user win huge amount of money.
