My question is: If FJ knows that this "user" is a multiaccount... why dont close the account the next day or stop him to make a deposit. That would avoid all this shit. What is not normal now that this guy win 5BTC and will not recieve anything when he already bets his own money (without bonus) to loose or win.
They probably investigate and check only those accounts who want to withdraw money. It is not automatic that the account just gets locked. A member of their support does a background check to determine if there are any irregularities.

You have to understand that if you login from multiple places and have your friends, coworkers, family members do the same, it looks suspicious.
A person could also open 3 accounts from the same IP range and say he has 2 brothers and you all have accounts on FJ. What does their TOS say about multiple accounts per household? Like in the example I gave, if you had a brother, would you both be allowed to use 2 different account from the same household?
Only a thorough KYC could solve this maybe. I am not sure if FJ conducts KYCs.
