Yep, their practices are shady af, I don't know any legit exchange that promises that kind of return. This can only run until they have influx of new users.
But obviously they don't care much about their reputation, as even after getting busted for hiring bumping services, they go on. Their announcement thread consist of a brand new accounts asking some silly questions, pretending that they are interested in the exchange. Same goes for that IEO, Liberty159.
