^^^ I can't say what's beyond the firmament with any certainty, so I'll go with "outer space" is not a vacuum and probably contains 99.999...% liquid water because God says so. Yup, good ol' H2O!

Your hard vacuum violates the second law of thermodynamics, have a good day.

The second law of thermodynamics is relative to what we understand as standard material and energy. Go beyond that into the aether, the second law of thermodynamics doesn't apply in the same way. You are the one who says that the aether exists. This absolutely means that you don't accept the second law of thermodynamics anyway. No vacuum. The aether fills everything.

If beyond the firmament means outside of the firmament for you, you are talking about outside of the universe.
