First and foremost no exchange can be trusted 100% there can only be a certain level of trust one can have on these exchanges which is why it is important to understand the risks involved before getting involved with any exchange. Now to answer your question, there is a level of trust we can have on these exchanges which is seen from the angle of security, speed, fees, user interface, ease of access, etc. In my own opinion any exchange with these can be trusted upto a point; and they are Okex, Binance, Kucoin, BitMax and Gate.
