BillieCoins are not much popular right now, so there is no buy offer on exchange. Sell offer is 40 satoshi (will take that number as example, but we know that it should be counting from buy price)

In the signature campaigns paid in Bitcoin (that have much higher liquidity) rates are much higher. (In my campaign rates are almost 20x higher)
If you want to attract bounty hunters, you should to consider much higher rates, or accept users with negative trust, that can not join to signature campaigns paid in BTC.
I understand the people want to cash in right now, but we are a green community project trying to resolve a problem that concern every person on earth. Aldo the rewards seem low at the moment, this is a one month old project and the price of BILCO will go up in a very near future.
Keep in mind that the reward is 4X higher than mining a block (9.45 Billiecoins / block) and also higher than the masternode reward (28.35 Billiecoins / block)
Sure, I understand your situation very well. I wrote earlier that not many projects start so smoothly and practically without a problem. It gives a lot of hope for the future, for which I also keep my fingers crossed.
I just answer your question. The last two years have been very unpleasant for bounty hunters, so now they are choosing projects that give the option of immediate payment of rewards, or ones that offer very high rates. Unfortunately, in your case (at least for now) this is not going well.
However, I hope that there will be people who will take a closer look at the project and notice its great potential. I also encourage everyone to do so.
