Liverpool had a lucky match, definitely, to win at the end but generally they deserved that win with support from their luck.
Yeah, they are always lucky. Winning 18 in a row is lucky indeed.
Beyond expectations, West Ham was unbelievably just unlucky
I think they're 'lucky' to score 2 goals with just 30% possession and 4 shots on target while Liverpool has 25 shots and 7 on target.
West Ham played pretty well so got to give them credit. It was fairly 50/50 in the first half in my opinion. Liverpool are just too quick though and they'll pounce on any chance you give them and they did that in the second half.
Therefore, one more interesting match is to compete at Anfield, Liverpool will not waste that opportunity, even though Atletico's opponents are difficult, they will try to optimize it to be more stable in the EPL champions and in CL, continuing to the final, which I expect. Even though I'm not a Liverpool fan, I like the way they play.
I know that other teams from EPL won't be able to chase Liverpool anymore because it's too far but if the CL trophy wins again the season then this will be a new record for Klopp.

I wouldn't bet big on Liverpool as I think it will be close, but I think they can get the job done there. If they can beat Barca 4-0 at Anfield then they can beat ATL, but away goals can be deadly. If ATL get an early goal the game will be completely different, but we've seen Liverpool can play under pressure in the Barca match and last nights game.
