what can i do to resolve this. i have wrote support but got no responds

for the moment i advice you to stay clear off coinbase if you don't wan to lose your money
Not supporting Coinbase but at least they should give you a notice on why it happened. Although there are related cases in the past wherein accounts were frozen out of nowhere, on your case, we can't just conclude that it was the same. Sometimes, the user itself isn't aware that they already violate some of the terms.
You have no choice but to wait for their response. How long are you waiting now?
