Congrats! I was wondering how long it took others to reach their first 1K. I did something of the kind before for my local forum, but didnt save the query, so I reconstructed it again:
Notes:
- Data as of last Friday (therefore I could not derive the information for your particular case, but youve got that under control).
- Ive listed those that have at least 1K earned merits, alongside the date when they made that mark, the person that made that happen, and the associated post and date.
- The nDays to reach is calculated using as reference the date of creation of the account, or the date of the first forum sMerit TX (24/01/2018 22:12:21), whichever is greatest. The nDays is derived from the datediff between the previous stated reference, and the date/time of the TX that made the profile reach 1K. I did not get too fuzzy about the exact way that the difference in days was calculated, and left it to the underlying calculus system.

Awesome statistics. Thank you, I was just looking for other contestants' records, so I'm about in the first 5. 
If you count from my registration, it took me 259 days. And if you count from the moment you receive the first merit transaction, then 221 days.
Wow congratulations, that's very impressive. Just 7 month for 1K Merits, sounds damn fast. Especially your last 4 months are outstanding. Almost 200 Merits every month. You must be delivering brilliant content. Keep up the good work, the forum needs more people like you!

I think you can do it, I'm just glad if my example serves as a growth incentive for someone, the forum needs active users, especially in local sections. There's a shortage of newbies.
