Well, they should have realized in the first place that the forum doesn't tolerate scams and there are diligent and helpful people here that will do to expose them. In relation to UI/UX that will vary because you may have the best design of a website but secretly there are plagiarized contents, fake team, fake addresses, unlikely premine coins, etc., those will vary don't just look how beautiful or how poor the design is but be more vigilant on what's inside of it.

Buying a template is okay especially if most of the team are not that technical in terms of web development but just buying it to fraud people was the worst thing they will do. If they just focus on designing the site and no progress made especially on marketing aspects and always just posting these kind of hopeful announcements suspect them early that it will lead to scam, people need progress.
