Does this means that you bought during $13900? it's not clear so I'm assuming that you bought during this peak. And if that was correct, sorry if you got a wrong entry but it doesn't mean that you won't recover again.

Wait until the market becomes calm again and keep on holding it. While waiting for the recovery, set a price when you want to sell and as much as possible you can buy every dip now.
