Oh, @Morbidus, thanks for sharing! I didn't want to bother the community with the whole chat, but thanks for the evidence of the inicial posting here:
He couldn't resist firing the discussion again and again when I noticed clearly EOD several times after I had also deleted the chat already several times
4:28 AM Bye!
9:59 AM EOD from my side! Bye!
4:26 PM Bye!
Well context is important. I also want to reiterate that I did not DM you first, nor is there any law against responding when you said "bye". The context shows that I tried to treat you fairly and in a nice way. It shows that I even told you how to flaunt the rules and both promote your project and be an active member of the channel: By discussing it rather than posting links and ads. The context shows the full story, not just your postings of me being mean.
The reality is you got upset rules were enforced.... not by me or the other admins but by Combot, which removed the posts because of the links. Subsequently when I looked into why combot was removing your post I found it was links to another channel and the text was a promotion alone, so if combot wouldnt have removed it for a new user posting links, it would have been removed and you warned for promoting. Its really not a complex issue and one we havent had a problem explaining to violators in the past. There are some friends that could promote some really great things to members of the CMC community but I have to enforce the rules all the same. I literally meant that it could have been a promotion of an anti-scam website and we would have to remove it. Random project by guy who just joined, and demanded be allowed to promote it because it was non-profit? That doesnt fly either. Now Im sorry I got rude at the end, but its not a big deal.
Also, this has nothing to do with the number of people in TG groups lol.
