I think that this forum is not different than real world.
So,  if you apply for the job offline you have to show your qualifications, experience,  working skills etc.
Very similar is here in the forum.
If you apply for some job as design,  programming, translation etc. in the market section you also have to show that you have enough knowledge and experience for the job.
Signature campaign managers also check your post quality,  reputation etc.
So,  if you just show up here as newbie and in the first post ask "how to make money here? " it will not work,  the same as in the real world.
