It is a pity that gamblers and the casino has to wash their dirty laundry out in the open on forums like this. I have had my fair share of gripes with casinos, but I have always managed to sort it out with their support team, without having to go into a flame war like this.
It is nice to see that rating companies are following up on grievances like this, because we need a good watchdog to go up against dishonorable casinos.
Looking at the evidence provided by SportOdyssey, it looks like there were genuine concern over the legitimacy of the betting being done, but in many instances casinos will look for technicalities to get out of paying out people's large wins.
The lesson to learn from this is to stick to the ToS and not to take chances, because the smallest technicality might void the payout of a large win in the future.

We didn't steal any deposit like what fraudsters are claiming here.
All deposit has been refunded to their respective Bitcoin Address.
We have our rules in place and they violated it so we have the right to forfeit their winnings.

I cant talk about others, but I can talk about myself.. I have never committed any fraud or breached any terms.. Good that you returned the money of the other user, coz thats the way it should be.. you know 1600 EUROS that you have kept of my money can feed me and my family for a whole month? I never wished anything wrong and never thought to commit any fraud. I just wanted a place to bet and you kept my money.. I know you have terms and conditions but your terms and conditions are not above truth or above God. You should just return my money and end this matter on a good note. I have no way to convince you enough that I havent done anything wrong. By doing this you are only creating a bad name for yourself. This is not how businesses prosper, this is not how AMAZON was built.. This is not why asianconnect became the popular choice of bettors. I still promise to delete all my posts demeaning you, if you return my money. I have begged for my own money. How worse can it be?
