What do you think, will Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling?
After seeing that you could have bought a new motorbike or buy an expensive watch on all your losses that you have computed.
A big
"NO" for me. If you are a regular gambler, it's not making sense to do this. It will just build regrets and frustrations. What should I focus is on how to maintain winnings. That's the more important thing to do rather than to think about all your losses.
If a person can't withstand all of the amount losses while doing gambling, to the point that they will list it just to think that they should have already bought expensive things if they didn't do gambling, then definitely, they shouldn't gamble the moment they feel frustrated on every loss. Why still continue after that.
To realize when to stop gambling is not about listing all losses. Honestly, it's not effective after all since it will just urge a person to bring back and recover those losses.
