Just a 2 second portion of a movie. Not a full movie of 2 hour film, I doubt i can turn that into gif. Definitely modified with url watermarks which my website?
You can find a free online video to GIF generator/converter on google [there's a lot] quite easily...I think it would be hard to earn a Bitcoin from creating memes since most of the people will just enjoy it and won't bother sending you a tip for it wherein they can enjoy it without sending any money or tips.
Perhaps having an option to allow users to offer some of their photos in a subscription-based style might do the trick.
