Would you pay extra for faster shipping?
What is the maximum of shipping time for buying something online?( In this case the products will be shipped from another continent most likely. Say you live in Thailand and the stuff ships from america. 2 Weeks? 3 Weeks?)
What kind of products would you've like to see in a shop that you think have all these features you just mentioned.

I don't mind paying extra for faster shipping, and I am sure your customer will not have a problem with that too.
2 weeks or 3 weeks for the maximum of shipping time will not be a problem. If you have faster shipping, then that would be great for your customer, and I think they can choose the faster shipping option.
I think you can add Mobile Phone, Electronics, Kitchen and Dining, Computer & Accessories, else. You can try to browse in Amazon and check which category that have a huge buyer.
